I have a person who is technically avid, and needs a job. They are willing to learn, and work, but really freaking need a boost to get started. Anyone hiring?

She does not have hard skills other than she’s comfortable with a computer. What she needs is a shot. She’s smart, and VERY capable of learning. Great soft skills, just needs someone to give her a chance.
