One of the coolest things about our travel has been discovering our country. Kate picked up these Highlights maps for each state in the country, and we hang the current state we’re on the kid’s door as we travel. Many discussions and travel ideas are starting to stem from this!

So we’re on the road again. Made it to our first stop in the new rig today! We’re parked in Erie PA and are working our way to Vermont. Excited to be back to our normal routine again!

Okay, so we’re going to be in Canada for a portion of this leg of travel. I’ve never left the country before. We all have passports. What else do I need? It seems my debit cards will work fine there. Any advice for camping abroad is welcome and appreciated!

So apparently Civ V supports ultra-wide. Did not see that coming.

We discovered an electrical issue in the camper. Unrelated to the black tank issue. We’re officially bringing in a professional to look over things with us and discuss any concerns about the rig. Just taking it one day at a time right now. We’ll get her road worthy soon enough.

Our (VERY SMALL) loveseat came in today. It’s light and the kids will fit, but whoa. It’s way smaller than I expected. I think it’s okay though – you can always use more space, right?
