I followed Francine Mallmann on Instagram and now my feed is automatically showing me posts from a bunch of South American versions of “tasty” I am so pleased with this that I’m afraid of following anyone else because I don’t want the algo to change this wonderful happenstance.

Finally parked at our next 30-day. In Northern New Mexico. The last 10 miles of driving was sleet, in the mountains. You could say I was a little on-edge, and you’d be correct.
