  • IT FREAKING WORKED! I had to make a single minor adjustment – the clip didn’t pinch hard enough. Nothing a cotter pin couldn’t fix! I’ll upload the video soon, but it is really…REALLY stable. I’m positively thrilled by the result!

  • I just noticed every year since we’ve started traveling, one place has stuck out and felt like “home” each year. Ohio (2020) Taos (2021) Vermont (2022) Rodanthe (2023). I wonder if we’ll eventually get repeat locations that earn such a title?

  • I’ve been making judicious use of the MultiTimer app to help keep up with the litany of eye drops I need to put in my eyes, all of which are on different schedules. I use this app all the time for things like this. Such a good tool.

  • LASIK

I got LASIK yesterday, and for the first time since 1994, when I was 6 years old, I am able to see without corrective lenses. It’s been an exciting, and surprisingly emotional experience for me.
