  • Today’s a travel day. We’re leaving Virginia Beach and going south again for a bit. We discovered that our seasonal in Vermont wasn’t going to be available for another month so we decided to buy some time on the outer banks ????.

  • Underpin’s String Helper Can Now Convert strings to camelCase and PascalCase

    I issued a minor release for Underpin today that introduces a way to convert strings to camelCase as well as PascalCase.

  • Silly me. I’ve been manually typing the hashtags in these microposts. I even conceptualized this parser that automatically converts hashtags into WP tags and turns them into links. I dropped this, and instead just automatically append all of the tags on this post as a hashtag on the site. So much easier.

  • I’ve been cross posting my personally published content on both Twitter, and Mastodon for the last week, mostly to see how interactions with what I post varies now that I have about 1/3rd of the followers on Mastodon. My conclusion? At least for me and my circle, Twitter is dead. ????????

  • I’ve been spending time backfilling content on my site. A lot of stories I share were once linked to a Twitter feed (ick) so I’m converting that content to a blog post and backdating as I go. This is one of my favorite RV stories, where we had an unexpected visitor that scared the daylights…

  • Jamming to Diablo Swing Orchestra today. I think they really came into full swing in this last album.   • Recovering From A Botched bashrc Change on DigitalOcean
