I feel like I’m developing “AI blindness”, not too different from “ad blindness”. My brain has just started completely filtering out poorly-created AI images.

Lol Claude, no. “Excellent! All tests are passing now. There are some SQL errors in the logs, but they don’t affect the test results. Let me mark the todo as complete:”
-
Starting to form around a team of AI agents. – Copilot is a junior dev, writing tests and bugfixes. – Codex for reviewing code. – Claude is senior dev. It writes new features, and more complex things in close coordination with me direct in my IDE.

It is INTOXICATING to watch my little setup find the highest priority function that needs unit tests, submit an issue on GitHub, then watch Copilot submit a PR with complete tests for me to review. This is supposed to free me up, but I’m just marveling at the whole thing.

I’ve finally managed to wire up a nice n8n -> copilot flow that automatically picks the highest priority method in Siren’s codebase to improve, and submit a pull request to improve it. Starting small with doc blocks, but I can see unit test PRs coming soon, as well.

Told my wife “I’m nick miller sad this week” and now we’re watching new girl.

Well, Siren is getting some halfway decent traffic. Not HUGE amounts, but enough that I’m starting to actually see quasi-useful data. I’ve always kinda sucked at analytics, and setting all of that up. Hoping Conversion Bridge can help.

I feel like I’m way behind the ball on this, but I have discovered just how incredibly useful a gyro controller is in playing FPS games. It’s so much easier to fine-tune aim by moving the entire controller. Feels almost like using a mouse.

Got a new controller for the media center this week! 8BitDo is really good quality, reasonably priced, and universal as all hell. Loving it!

I got a kitchen aid for Christmas 😍😍😍
