Refilling the water tank. Someday we’ll have a proper WOM set up, but for now we have to use the camper’s built-in pump.

My cat caught a mouse last night. Now he’s strutting. I swear. This car is strutting around like it’s hot shit.

Okay now that I think I’ve literally made up for 80% of the tweets in the last hour, I think I’m going to bed. Goodnight nerds!

One little trick I’ve picked up over the years – especially for WFH people.

Set yourself up for tomorrow morning. It’s cold in this camper when I wake up at 5, so my hoodie and pants are by my laptop. My phone goes here too. I wake up, turn off the alarm, and get started. It also serves as a reminder as to what you’re there to do. You don’t get up at 5 because it’s fun, you get up at 5 to get shit done so you can live your life. Notes, to-dos, goals, whatever. Set it up so you can just jump in.

I’m digging a hole in the ground because I miss playing Overwatch. How tf did I get here?

Ben (7) is playing Pokémon Unite for the first time. He’s never played or even heard of a MOBA.

Me: “you gotta watch the video I sent. Looks like you’re having fun but you are probably not helping your team.”

Seconds later “VICTORY! 73-7”

“Oh, never mind. Carry on.”
