One little trick I’ve picked up over the years – especially for WFH people.
Set yourself up for tomorrow morning. It’s cold in this camper when I wake up at 5, so my hoodie and pants are by my laptop. My phone goes here too. I wake up, turn off the alarm, and get started. It also serves as a reminder as to what you’re there to do. You don’t get up at 5 because it’s fun, you get up at 5 to get shit done so you can live your life. Notes, to-dos, goals, whatever. Set it up so you can just jump in.
