Here’s a little tip for managing a CRM after a conference – upload photos of the back and front of the business cards to the CRM. Looking at the card – its design, colors, etc, is often enough to trigger you to remember the conversation you had with them. Super helpful.

Tuesdays and Thursdays are my “meeting days”. I schedule all of my meetings on these days. The consequence is that these days are INSANELY busy, but Monday, Wednesday, and Friday end up being a lot more productive as a result. But WOOF am I tired after a very chatty Thursday!
