Writing up some documents to help AI with advising my sales team on how to pitch Novatorius services to customers. AI seems to be mostly shifting my time from doing the thing to documenting the thing. Which, I guess needed to happen if I want to grow regardless.

God I love Todoist. Feeling overwhelmed with my workload this evening, and after 20 minutes of sifting through and updating tasks I feel like I can tackle my work again.

I started set up a WaaS service earlier this year for campgrounds. I’ve attended one conference, and set up the website, and did some work to get my initial customer base. Today, we got our first lead from that networking effort. Really exciting stuff!
