Today has been all about meetings. I’ve got 3 new people on my team, and most of my Mondays go into helping to train them. So grateful to have help. I didn’t ask for it well enough in the past, and I’m working hard to do that more this year.

You know when you have an idea, and you want to go and work on it instead of doing the work in front of you? I resist that urge with my Todoist inbox. Sundays are for reviewing that inbox, adding notes, organizing, and cleaning up. Always feels so good to get that to inbox zero.
