We leave for Vermont this weekend. I’m both excited to move on and still somehow thinking “it’s too soon” to leave OBX. It’s been 6 weeks now. I think it will never be enough time. But, we have lots of fun travel ahead – we’re going all the way up into Newfoundland and Labrador next…

My new kite reel has a ratchet built in so you can lock it to only reel in, but not out. Kind of like a fishing reel. I also got a shorter tail because the 75′ one is awesome but cumbersome in tighter spots. Such a fun way to run out for a quick break…
