I’m looking to work with an entry-level dev on future projects (contract work). Must know be comfortable with HTML/CSS/PHP/WordPress.

Many professionals advise you with “dont’ overdo it”, but you need to learn what “overdoing it” is for you before you can avoid it. I think this definition is different for everyone. 10 projects to one is 100 projects to another. Push yourself to your limit, and reflect.
