Welp, I finally found my kite flyin’ spot, and it is literally two blocks away from my house! I had the best flying session since I was at the Outer Banks. I found my GoPro and my mount for my hat, so next time I go out I think I’ll record so y’all can see how fast this kite zooms. It’s SO sensitive.

I was flying my kite on Earth Day, and the local news picked up on it, snapped a photo, and published a story for Earth Day. The resulting photo is pretty cool!
Side note – this new zero-wind kite is pretty awesome. It’s a real workout to keep it in the air when there’s no wind, but definitely do-able, and a lot of fun either way.
