It drives me absolutely insane that the acronym for “Software as a service” capitalizes “service”.

I’ve gone down a deep, deep rabbit hole that is abstracting WordPress plugins so that I can switch plugins at any time.

Wordle is gonna trigger everyone today. 😂

I am most-effective when I remember to set myself up for tomorrow morning before I go to bed. I try to set up goals for tomorrow, what I’m going to do in my time-blocks, and set up my computer accordingly.

It allows me to do the “hard stuff” while everyone else is asleep. 💤😴

Took the kids to Okefenokee Swamp for a train tour and a few other things. But what surprised me most of all was just how black the water is there.

How long SHOULD you keep order data in an e-commerce store? Forever seems too long. 2 years? 7 years? 1 year?

What’s the appropriate protocol to let the customer know this data is being removed?

I’m still chipping away on WP Dev Academy’s Presscademy redesign. Mostly done at this point, but it’s been slow going since I really only have time to work on it a few hours a week. Travel and the job are consuming most of my available time (and that’s okay!)
