OUR WATER HEATER IS WORKING AGAIN! For the first time since moving here, I’ll get to take a hot shower. We’re about to use a lot of water today 😂 (relatively speaking, y’all, we use like 40 gallons a week)

Been baking bread again lately. This was pretty over-proofed and I have to flip it in our oven so it doesn’t burn, but it’s still really tasty.

It’s 11:30 and my batteries are almost completely charged. No generator required today. This is fantastic!
