There’s one chip in the bowl. He won’t eat it because it means he has to go to bed.

We have found our “sweet spot” for daily distance when we’re going cross-country is about 200 miles. That’s about as far as we can go comfortably, at a slow and steady pace, with enough time to enjoy the evenings together. Much more than that, and you get in too late to really unwind from the driving. Much less, and you’ll never actually get to your destination. #rvlife

So the last week was fun, but EXTREMELY stressful in many ways. I’ve never hauled something so large, and it really took a toll on me doing it every day. Even with less-miles each day, it wears you down eventually. I’m so glad we decided to park the RV for a week and recharge.
