In my happy place today. Putting the grill to work. Dutch oven, and pork shoulder is inside. 3 probes. One for meat, one for the grill ambient, and one for the Dutch oven ambient. Can’t wait to see how it goes!

Just realized that tomorrow is the fifth of November. Either way, seems a fitting day to conclude the initial race.

Parked at a farm today! Ben is excited – there’s a playground, corn maze, and other fun activities. Relieved to find this Halloween is still going to feel like Halloween.
