Today I managed to sit down and refine some of the upcoming podcast content for Siren. The content strategy has been slow and laborious- really glad I’m starting to outsource some of that, and figuring out how to give that value more efficiently.

Today is all about Siren‘s content strategy. I’ve been a little behind with content because of the LifterLMS launch. Thankfully I have someone helping me, and I’m hoping to start batching the podcast so I can get that moving more-consistently. I’ve started taking on guests for the podcast, too, which WOW there have been some fantastic insights already.

I’ve been Thinking about offering a service as a WordPress product developer. Basically, I would help people stabilize their MVPs and help them set the their product up so that new features can be added easily and quickly.
I suppose I could also build the MVP if that’s more attractive.
