Since shutting down my agency last year, I’ve noticed a considerable uptick in the quality of work I find. Let’s hope this trend is a signal that my pivot was the right choice, and it continues to grow.
It's that time of year where I start getting back into the habit of waking up at 5AM to work on side projects before I start my day in-earnest. It's always been the most-productive time of day for me, and I think I can attribute a lot of my career growth to this time-block.
