Underpin is REALLY close to making it possible to scaffold just about anything inside WordPress using CLI commands. Something like:

composer underpin/scaffold script (args)

Would autogenerate the script loader automatically.

Working on some small improvements to Underpin’s style loader and script loader, then HOPEFULLY I can finally tackle this stupid iOS specific bug I’m seeing on WP Dev Academy.
